异形玻璃切割机 Shaped glass cutting machine
YZQ-1300 异形玻璃切割机主要是用于对TP面板进行异形切割分断，也可以适用于对TN、STN、CSTN、ITO等液晶玻璃产品的划线、分断。根据TFT、TP生产工艺的要求，适应各种规格品种玻璃的异形切割要求。玻璃定位采用图像识别系统自动对位、真空吸附固定。Y向部件由伺服电机、丝杠驱动，刀头部件由伺服电机、丝杠驱动完成玻璃的0°、90°切割。
YZQ-1300 Shaped Glass Cutting Machine is mainly used for scribing, cutting, and splitting against TP panel, besides, it also can be employed to scribe and cut several liquid glass products, such as, TN、STN、CSTN、ITO, etc. According to the technological requirements of TFT and TP manufacture, the machine is designed to cut different kinds of glass into specially shaped pieces. The alignment of the glass is realized by visional automatic alignment system and vacuum adsorption. Y-axis parts are driven by servo motor and precision ball screw, while the cutter head is controlled by servo motor and driven by leading screw to achieve 0°or 90°cutting.
