全自动ACF邦定机 Full-automatic ACF bonding machine
全自动ACF邦定机是满足1.4“-- 4”的LCD基片的ACF粘贴要求，它是将ACF粘贴在LCD panel/PCB上的全自动生产设备。
工作过程包括：人工将料盘放置在上料区后，由上料机械手自动取料放到定位台上，定位后由送料机械手取料放到移动工作台上(同时剪ACF带)，负压吸附LCD，移动到粘贴位置，热压粘贴、剥离ACF带、拉带、收带。最后由下料机械手取料放置在后续传送皮带上，完成整个生产过程。
Full-automatic ACF bonding machine can paste ACF on the LCD panel with a size of 1.4“-- 4”, it is a full- automatic equipment which can paste ACF on LCD panel or PCB.
Working principle: feeding plate is put in the feeding area manually, and then the panel is transferred by manipulator to be aligned on the positioning table, after alignment, it is transferred to the mobile table by manipulator (ACF belt is cut in this process), LCD is moved to the paste position by negative pressure, hot-pressing pasting, then tearing, pulling, and rolling up the ACF belt. In the last step, the panel is unloaded and put on the subsequent transmission belt in order to finish the whole producing process.
