水胶贴合机 Glue laminating machine
主要用于触摸屏水胶贴合行业中上下基板的点胶贴合工序。
该系列设备采用人工手动完成上下料、CCD视觉对位、真空吸附固定。对上下基板进行点胶，然后上吸附台翻转180度，下吸附台上升与上吸附台基板贴合，UV灯放置于下吸附台下方，快门控制实现对UV胶的预固化。
The machine is used for dispensing lamination between the upper panel and lower panel in the TP glue laminating industry. It employs the technology of manual loading and unloading, CCD visional alignment and vacuum absorption immobilization. In the working process, the upper and lower panels are dispensed, then the upper absorption platform turns 180 degrees, the lower absorption platform goes up to laminate with the upper one, the UV lamp below the lower absorption platform procures the UV glue by shutter control.
