1. Install/Uninstall Manual

NOTES:  It must have administrators access rights on Windows Server 2003 system to install the touchscreen software package . It must also have administrators access rights to run the touchscreen control panel and touchscreen calibration applications.

  1. First it must connect touchscreen hardware to the computer's USB port, then run the SETUP.EXE in the driver pakage.
  2. Change Touchscreen settings , click the "Start" menu,point to "Settings",and then "control panel" to open control panel window,double-click the "EtwoTouch Settings" icon, now you can change touchscreen settings on the property window.It's a notice that in  Windows Server 2003 system,the control panel window should change into classical-view, or the "EtwoTouch Settings" icon will hide when the control window in group-view by default.
  3. Uninstall Touchscreen software ,click the "Start" menu, point to "Programs", and then "EtwoTouch USB", Select "Uninstall" from the list of application. 
  4. Release notes to run the touchscreen control panel and tcuchscreen calibration applications that must have the administrators access rights.

3. Problem solution

  1. The system mouse class driver MOUCLASS.SYS and HIDUSB.SYS are required by the driver. Most times, it is installed during Windows installation process.if not,the device driver will not work.
  2. The Driver does not surpport Windows98 or WindowsME. It's only for Windows2000/XP and Windows Server 2003.
